JOB ROLE :

  • Steer the Rhythms: Oversee the vibrant supply chain operations of our advanced garment manufacturing facility.

  • Direct Impact: Play a pivotal role in raw material sourcing, production planning, and both short-term and long-term strategies.

  • Master the System: Manage daily transactions to run MRP smoothly and uphold data accuracy, ensuring seamless production order flow, including subcontracting.

  • Bridge the Gap: Collaborate closely with both our internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely delivery of production orders. Address challenges head-on and escalate when necessary.

  • Inventory Guru: Keep a keen eye on inventory accuracy, engage in cycle counts annual stock audits, and manage obsolete stock levels.

 

WHAT WE SEEK IN YOU : 

  • Industry Savvy: Bring along your 3+ years of expertise in warehousing, planning, and production processes within a mid-scale enterprise.

  • Tech Enthusiast: 2 years’ experience with ERP (preferably SAP PP, SD, MM). Be adept at MS Office, especially Excel

  • Analytical Ace: Show off your strategic and analytical thinking combined with a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Problem Solver: Demonstrate your skills in issue resolution, influencing decisions, and prioritizing tasks.

  • Team Spirit: In addition to your analytical powers, be a team player, communicate effectively, stay committed, and always be eager to learn.

  • Global Communication: English or Romanian proficiency.
